Facilities: a show area, partition walls with three sides (2.5m ht), a fascia board, 1 negotiation table, 2 chairs, carpeted floor with 9 m2,

Booth Fees:
for Domestic exhibitors:    Area A: 8800 RMB/ 9sqm    Area B: 7800 RMB/9sqm
for Overseas exhibitors:    1500 US Dollar/9sqm

2. Raw Space
(6m x 6m minimum):
Facilities: no any furnishing, exhibitors are responsible for
electricity fee
and
site management fee by their own.

Participation Procedures
1. Fill in the application form with seals, then mail/fax it to the organizing committee. Upon the confirmation of its application, the exhibitor should remit participating fees to the designated account by the organizing committee within 5 working days; otherwise, the organizer will not keep
the booth and have the right of its redistribution
2. The balance of participation fees should be paid off before Apr 15, 2011. Or else the booth reserved will be canceled. If the exhibitor cancels its participation temporarily, its payment will not be returned.
3.
The organizer will send a receipt immediately after having received the payment of participating fees and mail the Exhibitor’s Manual and Booth Decoration Notice on
Apr 15, 2011.
4. Ads on show directory are compiled before
Apr 15, 2011 by the order of ad payment. And the ads should be sent to the Ad Department of the Organizing Committee with electronic version only. Otherwise, the organizer and printing company will not undertake any responsibility of typesetting errors.
